Weitzman is recruiting for a Financial Analyst for our Dallas office brokerage division located in the Uptown area.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our retail and office investment sales division to support investment sales brokerage
• Analyze underwriting and market information on retail development and acquisition opportunities
• Prepare due diligence analysis on the company’s retail portfolio
• Coordinate all aspects of loan closing process
• Assist CIO and development partners in preparation of development budgets
• Assist in the maintenance and productivity of the company’s electronic database
• Maintain internal and external reporting files
• Perform market research
• Assist in property tax valuations and related protests

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a finance, real estate or accounting degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Argus
• Proficiency in database management and internet research software
